Customer Credit Card details are protected against loss, misuse and modification through several security measures including a similar system to that used by banks. (PCI compliant) 

Shipping times and order arrival depend on the location of the delivery address. However if your order has not arrived within 10 days of placing an order, call the Mate Nutrients +233 24 246 4784  call line and we will assist you in finding your product. All orders sent from Mate Nutrients have an electronic tracking system and will be traced.

Regarding refunds and returns, should a product be defective, Mate Nutrients offers customers a credit on any product returned directly to Mate Nutrients within 14 days of purchase. If a customer is under the impression that a product is defective they should contact Mate Nutrients to obtain an approval for return, quoting product name, size, batch number and invoice number. If found defective Mate Nutrients will, at its own discretion, either replace the product or credit the purchase price for the product.
