Refund and Return Policy
We have a no hassle money back guarantee when it comes to customer satisfaction on products purchased from M.A.T.E Nutrients.
Please note the following requirements to ensure a refund or exchange. Product(s) must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, for a refund to be approved by M.A.T.E Nutrients.
Exclusions
Please choose carefully when purchasing the following products as refunds will not be provided on:
- Personalised, and altered products
- Gift vouchers
- Sale items
Proof of Purchase
Returns, refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by one of the following proof of purchase documents:
- Online GST Invoice (order confirmations will not be accepted)
- Financial Statement (i.e bank statement, credit card statement)
No claims will be accepted after FIVE (5) days from receipt of goods. We do not accept returns for incorrect choices or change of mind.
